Operation and maintenance of all systems in the fields of ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning Organization, monitoring and coordination of tests and maintenance and repair work by external service providers Contact person (m/w/d) for foreign companies, authorities and experts such as TÜV, LGA, VdS etc. Implementation of all types of micro-repairs Cooperation with the teams from the Technology and Facility Management department Creation and updating of dossiers Participation in specialist projects

Complete vocational training in the field of refrigeration / air conditioning / ventilation with a multiannual vocational training or a comparable quality Self­employed, meticulous and graduated Communication strength High motivation and targeted working methods Quality A safe handling of modern communications media and di­tali­ated working environments Advantageous knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
