REQUIREMENTS Leadership and development of a team of AI specialists and data scientists

Discovering AI potentials with our expertise and integration of AI technologies in business processes

Strategic planning, control and implementation of AI projects, including generative AI and machine learning systems for process-specific requirements

Promoting an innovative and collaborative working environment to continuously improve our AI strategy and AI governance

PROFIL Complete study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, engineering or a related area

Multiannual professional experience in the development of AI

Advanced knowledge in different areas of machine learning (e.g. computer vision, generative AI, time series analyses)

Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-departmental cooperation

Ability to develop a vision and guide the team to achieve this
