As soon as an ad appears in our system that meets the criteria specified in your request, we will send an email to your email address with a notification about the found ad.5.1.2. Active search for offers
To increase the efficiency of the job search, it is possible to publish one or more job search advertisements. By filling out the form once with your personal and professional data, they can be automatically used in each of your new advertisements. Once again, we would like to point out that filling in your personal and professional data is optional. By publishing your data, you agree that through your ads they are made publicly available on the Internet. We strongly recommend that you do not include your contact details in the ad text. To communicate with the employer you are interested in, you can use the integrated messaging system.For users registered as "Private Person" all our services are provided free of charge.
5.2. Registering as a "Company Representative"
When filling out the registration form, you must provide your company name, your e-mail address and a password. After clicking the "Sign up" button, an email will be sent to your e-mail, in which there will be a link, by clicking on which you will complete the registration process on our Website. Now, using your email address and password, you can access your user profile and enter your company details.5.2.1. User Profile Activation
As long as your user profile is not yet activated, you have limited access to the features of our service. To activate it, you must enter your mobile phone number including the country code in the "My profile / Edit profile" section and save the changes. After that, in the "My profile / Control panel" section, click the "Activate" button. After that, the "Go to payment" button will appear. Although the profile activation procedure is paid, you will receive a voucher for the amount you paid, which you can use in the future to pay for the services you ordered. If you pay via PayPal, you can complete the activation procedure for your profile immediately after payment. If you want to pay by bank transfer, then the completion of the activation of your profile can be carried out after the receipt of the money transfer to our account. To continue the procedure for activating your profile, you must go to "My profile / Control panel" again. In the "Profile activated" section, the "Send SMS with code" button will appear, by pressing which, an activation code for your profile will be sent to your mobile phone number. After entering this code in the field intended for it and pressing the "Activate" button, your profile will be activated and you will get access to all the functions of our service.If your profile has not been activated within one month, then after this period the profile will be deleted.
5.2.2. Company address verification ("green checkmark")
Your company's verified address (the green checkmark symbol next to your company name) gives more credibility to your company's seriousness. Along with this, the company that has passed the verification procedure gets access to the contact details in job advertisements, if these contact details are indicated in the advertisement. To go through the address verification procedure, you need to go to "My profile / Edit profile" and specify the full physical address of your company. The use of a PO box for these purposes is not allowed. Violation of this requirement may result in withdrawal of the confirmation without a refund. After specifying the address, you must go to "My profile / Control panel". In the "Postal address verification" section, click on the "Verify" button, then "Go to payment". After the payment is made, you must go to "My profile / Control panel". In the "Postal address verification" section, click on the "Send verification code" button. An email with a verification code for your address will be sent to the address you specified. After receiving the verification code, you must go back to "My profile / Control panel". In the "Postal address verification" section, click on the "Enter code" button, then "Verify".6. Publication of information about your company
After activating the user profile, you can publish detailed information about your company, its profile and competencies, as well as specify contact details, location on the map, opening hours, potential vacancies, etc. To do this, you need to go to "My profile / Edit profile", fill out the form and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen or the quick access button with a check mark on the right side of the screen. To publish information about your company, you must activate the "information available to all users" checkbox at the top of this form. Please remember to save your changes to the form before you activate this switch. Otherwise, your changes may be lost. From now on, your company description is located on the "Companies" page, accessible to all users of the Website. Publication of your company description on our website is free and has no time limit.7. Order additional resources

Prepayment by bank transfer

10. Contributions created by users (ad content, banner content, message content)
On the website, registered users can write their own ads and send (chat) messages to other people or company representatives. The Website may provide you with the ability to create, submit, display, transmit, distribute, or post any content and materials to us or on the Website, including but not limited to text, writing, video and audio content, photos, graphics, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Contributions”). Contributions can be viewed by other users of the website. Therefore, any Contributions you submit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. - Your Contributions do not include requests for advances, payments in any format.
- Your Contributions do not include actions involving currency and cryptocurrency: conversion, purchase, sale, replenishment of accounts, transfers (including the use of payment systems).
- Your Contributions are not about selling, renting, leasing of living space, renting of land, real estate, etc.
- Your Contributions are not about advertising, sale, distribution, storage of goods that pose a threat to human health and life (narcotics and their components, psychotropic substances and drugs, cultivation of narcotic plants, weapons and ammunition ).
- Your Contributions do not contain an offer of services that pose a threat to human health and life.
- Your Contributions do not in any way violate any provision of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation, or link to any content that violates these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation.
11. License for Contributions
By posting your Contributions to our site, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, translate, publish (in whole or in part) and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, your image and voice) for any commercial, promotional or other purpose. It can be used and distributed in any media format and via various media channels.This license includes the use of your name, company and franchise name, as applicable, and any trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and personal and commercial images that you provide. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Website and expressly agree that absolve us of any liability and refrain from taking legal action against us in relation to your Contributions.
We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion:

- to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice.
12. Reward for referral
Representatives of companies or individual entrepreneurs registered on our website who were convinced of the ease of use and effectiveness while using our service recommend its use to their business colleagues, friends and acquaintances. We are grateful for every such recommendation, which increases the number of registered users of our service. As a token of our gratitude, we pay the recommender 10% of the proceeds from the sale of slots for advertisements for this company within one year from the date of its registration on our website to the company which the recommender recommended our service, if а voucher was not used for payment.In order to receive referral rewards, it is necessary that the user recommending our service is registered on our website as a company representative, their user profile is activated and their company mailing address is verified.
A company representative who registers on our website based on a recommendation must enter in the field "E-mail address or ID of the recommender" the email address or profile-ID of the user who recommended our service when registering. In the future, notifications about receiving rewards for the referral will be sent to this email address.
The total amount of rewards is displayed in the "Control Panel" in the "Referral fees" line. Here the user can choose where to transfer this amount: in electronic wallet coins to purchase additional resources for our service, or to the bank account specified in the user profile. Transfers to a bank account are made at the end of each month. If the recipient of the referral commission is a VAT payer, in addition to the amount of the commission, we also forward the VAT amount received, which the company must declare in its tax return and transfer to the tax office. A company representative or individual entrepreneur who has made use of the recommendation and, when registering, in the field "E-mail address of the recommender" specified the e-mail address of the user who recommended our website to him, will receive a 25% discount on everything Ads he ordered as part of his first order on our website.
13. Advertising banners
In order to attract more users of our website to your company and to promote the services offered by your company or courses organized, advertising banners may be used.
