Our junior engineer program is a practical and development program, consists of different phases and takes a total of 24 months. During this period, you will acquire specialist knowledge as well as comprehensive knowledge in the different areas and departments of our Directorate. You can choose your focus from the areas of turnkey construction, engineering construction or BIM.
