Real Estate Agent Rental Contract Administration (m/w/d)

With care, you are administering our commercial properties and taking over the independent correspondence with the landlords and tenants. Certainly create rental contracts and maintain the administrative program. You are responsible for proper rental payments, rental adjustments and deadline management. Defects are processed by you and further tasks for managing our commercial properties are taken over.

You have completed training as a real estate specialist or Real estate business, real estate business Real estate merchants or have a comparable qualification. Knowledge of industrial property law is advantageous. Experience in the use of modern computer programs (Microsoft Office) bring you with, SAP skills are desirable. As a communications talent, you are able to team, keep a cool head and look forward to close telephone contact with our contractual partners. They work independently in a highly qualified expert team.
