Product Owner (m/w/d) Insurance Inventory / Product

For our Department of Taxation and Development Insurance, in which we bundle all the overarching functions for business management, we are looking for you as Product Owner (m/w/d)

In this role you are responsible for the further development of the domain “Bestand / Product” including the corresponding technical solutions. To do this, you always have a view that the activities correspond to the overall strategic goal of the project. Here develop the vision of the domain and communicate it with all stakeholders. Respond to the ongoing development project and beyond, the continuous analysis and assessment of whether and what added value the services offer within the subject area inventory/product. identify the development and adaptation needs, taking into account our project and business objectives as well as the market, customer and user needs. maintain and prioritize the backlog, define the sprint targets, describe the change requests and thus manage the consistent implementation of the project in close cooperation with the project management, the development team and the department. communicate and agree with the manufacturer of the standard system and system users to always ensure a common understanding of requirements and expectations in the field of inventory/product. Ensure cooperation and efficient information sharing with the requirements management, specialist architecture, process management and Product Owner Frontend throughout the project.

You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, economics (at least Bachelor) or a comparable qualification. They bring several years of professional experience in the development of product and inventory systems - ideally in the field of composite insurance. Process and technical understanding make your development task easy. They are structured and can set goals and priorities. In addition, you have practical experience in the agile project or project Project management and a pronounced agile mindset. In the project implementation, you work pragmatically and at the same time with high quality standards as well as success orientation. With communicative and diplomatic skills, you can access internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
