Lead the team! You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in the field of construction management You always keep an overview? They ensure the economic, time and quality implementation of the projects in the performance phases 6 to 9 and are responsible for the sales planning and capacity planning Advise our customers! You advise clients in the execution phase You're using your organizational talent? They coordinate the interfaces to project planning, surveying and commercial management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, as an alternative a successfully completed training with further training as a construction technician (m/w/d) or a comparable expertise Multiannual professional experience in the execution phase of public construction projects and knowledge in procurement and construction law First leadership experience desirable Experiences in the fields of civil engineering, engineering and infrastructure are advantageous Communication strength and a sovereign appearance complete the profile
