We offer you a varied position as a commercial employee (m/w/d) in the sales service at the Güstrow site, where you can combine your experience from the food sector – be it in the large kitchen, as a cook, kitchen master or grocery – with your interest in customer care and sales. Customer Relationship Management: You maintain and strengthen customer relationships through competent and friendly advice and support, always focusing on high customer satisfaction Customer order registration: You enter the customer orders in our goods management system that enter by phone, online, fax or electronically Active Sale: With your experience as a cook/kitchen, you support the active sales process through individual customer advice. Thanks to your well-founded industry knowledge, you ensure that the needs of our customers are met as best as possible Communication interface: They independently coordinate the concerns of our customers with the field service and internal teams to ensure an optimal solution Administrative tasks: You reliably take over administrative activities such as maintenance of master data Complaint management: They process complaints, analyze causes and forward targeted suggestions for improvement to the relevant departments

You have a commercial training and/or training as a cook/kitchen master or comparable qualification You have professional experience in gastronomy, large kitchen or food trade and have already gained first experience in customer care and sales in the food sector Your strong communication strength, customer and service orientation are characterized They are versed in dealing with goods management systems and master common MS Office applications Self-employment and organizational skills are of course for you Thanks to your pleasant and team-oriented way of working, you can perfectly complement the team
