Account Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Cologne

For one of our customers from Cologne, we are looking for a balance sheet (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with the following responsibility: You take over the processing of financial accounting and personnel accounting with all related activities They shall draw up the monthly and quarterly accounts and report the relevant information to the authorities In addition, prepare the annual financial statements You maintain the CRM and time detection system Management of working time accounts They support general organisational activities You are available as contact person for customer and supplier queries

They have completed professional training or study or comparable qualification You have relevant experience in the handling of diverse commercial activities (including financial and personnel accounting) They are versed when it comes to the production of monthly and quarterly accounts and the preparation of the annual accounts You have knowledge of the maintenance of CRM and time detection systems A certificate as a first aider is desirable They are communicative and work carefully Very good German skills complete your profile
