Own-responsible implementation of current financial accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts, bank) Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Account adjustment and clarification as well as maintenance of the main and secondary books Processing of payment and monitoring of open items Notifications to authorities (e.g. sales tax pre-registrations, ZM notifications) Support in budget planning and reporting Cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments

Completed commercial training with further training to the financial account holder or comparable qualification Professional experience in financial accounting Finded knowledge in the HGB and ideally in tax law Secure handling of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, Lexware) and MS Office, especially Excel Independent, structured and conscientious working Teamability, Responsibility and Discretion
