As a technical manager according to the DVGW scheme, they take over the management of the water, gas department with about 30 employees, design their personal and organizational structure and ensure efficient operation. The construction and operation of networks and installations of gas and water supply is a core of the task. Perspectively, the construction and operation of hydrogen infrastructure will also be part of the task area They ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, develop the department strategy with a time horizon of 1–5 years and coordinate it closely with the department management They lead your team with a focus on motivation, further development and cooperation, conduct regular employee and leadership talks and accompany the development of individual employees and executives They optimise digital processes, identify new technologies for the field and accompany the transformation of natural gas networks to hydrogen by implementing technical projects They act as a central interface to the department management and other departments, represent the department internally and externally and conduct technical consultations with customers and partners

You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or are a state-tested technician with corresponding professional experience and bring at least two years of industry experience in water, gas or energy supply They have several years of practical experience in craft or industrial environments, as well as proven leadership experience in technical areas You have well-founded knowledge in project management, in the handling of industry-specific planning and monitoring tools and in the DVGW regulatory framework They are characterized by pronounced organizational skills, strategic thinking and a result-oriented way of working and understand how to efficiently delegate tasks They are a communication-strong leader with a secure appearance, a sense of decision and the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
