With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. We are the IL Strategy & Transformation department and are part of the Board of Management's Integrity, Governance & Sustainability (IL) department at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We manage a transformation project for the entire resort, including Strategy, Culture and Communication. This creates a unique opportunity to participate in the two IL Strategy & Culture work packages as part of the internship. In an interesting national and international project environment, you support the project leaders in the planning, design, implementation, and rollout phase. We offer you an exciting and diverse internship in a highly motivated team. You can expect varied and responsible tasks that you work together with the project leaders. Through your activities, you will gain exciting insights into the processes of a major international transformation project. These challenges include: Participation in the (further) development and development of the overarching IL strategy and the coordination of individual contributions, among others, with the help of the OKR method Working with the (further) development and development of innovative, target-group-oriented formats for employees and executives at IL to deal with corporate culture Implementing research activities and drawing up documents on practical topics of strategy and culture development Preparation of Presentation Documents for Boards of Management IL Participation in pre- and post-processing and implementation of different workshops and events Present and discuss your work results and action recommendations directly with different project stakeholders The internship can start from September 2025.

Course of Economics, Humanities or Social Sciences with focus on BWL, Change Management, Communication, (Economic) Psychology Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Interest in strategy development and corporate culture Commitment, high communication and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
