Manager Social Security Consulting (w/m/d)

We cover the entire spectrum of HR consulting, whether it is Reward Consulting, the selection and implementation of HR cloud solutions or fundamental process changes. As our range of tasks is so wide, we focus on the expertise of people from a wide range of disciplines - from tax consultants to psychologists to lawyers: women or economists. For our Tax & Legal Solutions division, we are looking for you as Manager Social Security Consulting (w/m/d).

Consulting – You support companies in social insurance issues in the national and international context. You are available as a competent contact person and help to make complex facts understandable. Diversity – You analyze different types of employment, optimierst payroll processes and develop digital solutions to comply with regulations. You ensure that international activities meet both local and global requirements. In addition, you carry out due diligence checks and advise on corporate mergers. Exams - You accompany companies in audits and social insurance disclosures, evaluate fees and handle the processing of short-time work. You identify process improvements taking into account regulatory requirements. Acquise – The establishment and maintenance of client relationships as well as the creation of offers are among your tasks. Responsibility – You take responsibility for mandates and projects and guide the team professionally.

You have completed your studies in law or social sciences or you can provide a comparable qualification, e.g. as a pension advisor. You have at least five years of experience in insurance. You have experience in personnel management and are familiar with the coordination of global and interdisciplinary projects. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are communicative and engaged to promote entrepreneurial thinking and to show joy in project work as well as independent team work.

Flexibility – Your working time and your working place can be determined by yourself - in coordination with the company requirements and labour law regulations. There are no core working hours and you have the opportunity to work in the Home Office as well as in more than 40 countries.
