Working Student (f/m/x) - EV Network Development Germany, Austria, Switzerland

IONITY is a joint venture of the car manufacturers BMW Group, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Group, Kia, Mercedes-Benz AG and Volkswagen Group with Audi and Porsche, along with BlackRocks Climate Infrastructure Platform as financial investor.

As part of IONITY's Network Development team, you'll contribute to building one of Europe's largest high-power charging networks. From location scouting to project coordination, you'll gain first-hand experience in scaling EV infrastructure across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Together with experienced rollout managers, you'll support the expansion of our network and gain insights into: Identifying and evaluating new high potential charging locations

Preparing site assessments and presenting key data to internal stakeholders

Communicating with site partners, municipalities, grid operators and internal teams

Keeping documentation and site data up to date in our systems

We're looking for a hands-on, structured and curious student who's eager to learn in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Enrolled in a technical, architectural, business or related field

Fluent in German, confident in English (spoken and written)

You enjoy organizing, communicating and working independently

Available for 6 months, part-time (20 hours/week)

Bonus: Familiarity with infrastructure or real estate projects
