We are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) in the field of open-air construction for an important major project in the energy sector – the new building of a powerful streamline for the connection of renewable energy sources. Bring your experience in the free line construction or in the construction monitoring of infrastructure projects and actively participate in the energy supply of the future! Examination and approval of execution documents, approvals and technical planning in the field of free line construction Coordination and coordination with trade unions, authorities, network operators, experts and other project participants Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, technical guidelines (e.g. VDE, DIN) and safety and safety standards at the construction site Monitoring and documentation of construction removals, mast mountings, rope hoists and other technical tests Control of material and equipment use on site, including inventory and demand reports Creation and maintenance of building day reports, test reports and other documents on technical project documentation

(m/w/d), electrical engineer (m/w/d) or in a comparable area Professional experience in building monitoring – ideally in open-air construction, energy plant construction or infrastructure projects Knowledge in the field of high-voltage lines, occupational safety (e.g. DGUV regulations) and relevant standards desirable Willingness to project-related travel activities and occasional work at heights Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed communication strength, organisational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working method
