As a team leader Analytics & AI, your task is to lead and further develop one of the multi-site teams for data intelligence and data science, to support staff building and to take over the project management in strategically important projects. guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and continuously develop it. systematically build up the Data Intelligence and Science teams by conducting interviews, assessing them well and introducing new colleagues. plan the projects and operations of your team and coordinate the capacities with other departments to achieve our project goals. You act as a mediator in conflicts within the project teams. In addition to your role as a manager, you also enter your own customer projects and act as a central contact person:in all AI topics and questions. arrange for the necessary exchange of information within your team as well as across the team in the department and also perform administrative tasks such as the control of time recording, travel costs, holidays etc. you report regularly and proactively the department management on the status and possible deviations in our projects.

A completed study of (economic) informatics or the like or a comparable training Multiannual professional experience in dealing with architectures of artificial intelligence and/or data engineering experiences in public administration Detectable experience in designing and implementing machine learning in software development projects Embossed communication and presentation strength as well as safe and binding appearance at all levels High analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of empathy Very good German (C1) - and English (B2) in word and writing Project-related readiness
