Our Corporate Real Estate Management Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

Analysis, design and evaluation of real estate development opportunities within the Uniper portfolio and of foreign property Active building control planning to ensure optimal land use under economic, sustainability and recovery points Responsibility for legal proceedings and the conclusion of purchase, sale, rental, funeral and lease contracts and inheritance law matters Professional control and coordination of external real estate service providers Communication and coordination with internal and external interfaces, such as specialist areas, authorities and property owners Development of strategies for land supply and long-term land investment

Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate management, spatial planning, surveying, engineering or a comparable discipline Understanding legal, economic, strategic and technical relationships in real estate development and knowledge in real estate assessment Extensive expertise in construction planning and spatial planning as well as experience in cooperation with authorities and public planning bodies Safe occurrence in negotiations, independent and structured working methods as well as pronounced communication strength, team capacity and solution orientation Very good knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience in dealing with property information systems as well as a pronounced sense of sustainability and service High level of commitment, service orientation and the willingness to participate in occasional missions Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
