You prepare construction projects in turnkey interior design independently and carry them through. You start tendering, forget and tax post-contractors. You take over the construction management of the cross-structural design, in particular during construction. You work with the iTWO program on the projects. You are responsible for the quality, dates and costs of the construction projects. You take care of the billing of the works.

You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineer or architect or a sound engineering training You have relevant professional experience as construction or Project manager of turnkey expansion projects You have sound knowledge in the areas of tendering, execution planning, contracting and construction You will use the VOB safely You bring communication strength, a structured and independent way of working, and enforcement skills with
