Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Accompanying the production of electric machines from prototype construction to series production Defining and optimizing production and assembly processes for windings, stator and rotor production as well as insulation systems

Selection, introduction and support of manufacturing technologies specifically for electrical machines

Industrialization of new products in the context of development and build to print projects (from the load specification to the series launch)

Participation in risk analysis (FMEA) and evaluation of manufacturing methods with regard to quality, costs and dates

Technical coordination with development, quality assurance and suppliers

Implementation of optimization projects in production

Job design within the framework of optimizations or industrializations

Definition and procurement of resources

Creation and maintenance of process documentation and work data (work plans including time management, work instructions, production piece lists, test plans)

Participation in technical change management

Support of production in problem solution (reclamations, disturbances, CVP)

Bringing strengths: your qualifications (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik, Mechatronics Alternatively completed studies of the field of production technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering or industrial engineering desirable

Additional qualifications in the field of work preparation and time management

Experience in the field of production and Production technology in particular in electrical machines

Experience in handling ERP (InforLN) and PLM (Windchill) systems

Teamability, commitment and communication strength

Analytical, conceptual thinking as well as a quick understanding

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
