Commercial control and support of complex civil engineering and track construction projects in the infrastructure sector (reconstruction, reconstruction and maintenance of railway lines) Planning, control and monitoring of project budgets as well as regular cost controls and cost-effectiveness analyses Creation of target-actual comparisons and cost-effectiveness forecasts as well as reports, evaluations and project documentation for field management, project participants and contractors Contract management, in particular verification and evaluation of contractors and suppliers receivable and supplementary management, including testing of changes in construction and performance from a commercial perspective Accounting of construction services in cooperation with the technical project managers Compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. VOB, DB guidelines) and monitoring of audits and external audits

Complete economic studies (e.g. BWL, economic engineering) or comparable commercial qualification Multiannual professional experience in commercial project management - ideally in the field of civil engineering, track construction or infrastructure projects Funded knowledge in the areas of project controlling, cost management and contract and follow-up management Experience in cooperation with contracting authorities, in particular with Deutsche Bahn AG, Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel Experience in handling project management and accounting software, ideally iTWO, of advantage Analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength, team capacity and a safe, professional appearance coupled with entrepreneurial thinking and high operational readiness Conditional readiness for construction site operations nationwide, depending on project phase and task
