Their main focus is on the audit and maintenance of the electronic workflow system. They are responsible for the self-responsible confirmation and booking of invoices. In addition, you will clarify open positions of creditor accounts with the respective departments. They process reminders and maintain the supplier master files. They ensure smooth and timely payment.
