To strengthen our competence center service partner at our company headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, we will now look for you as a dedicated Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Together with your team, you are responsible for the practical implementation of our various learning methods and the implementation of our trainings. You create key figures (required-actual comparisons), advise the service organization on the basis of the analysis report and optimize order management. They support the service organization in the acquisition of new external service partners including contract design and accompany the onboarding process. You are responsible for the care and further development of our learning platform for external service partners (consultation of internal specialist departments, the creation of new e-learning modules as well as ensuring the qualifications of all trainers). They are responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our training center and the training bus.

They have a successfully completed commercial training or a similar qualification with practical experience in project management or in cooperation with external service partners. Through your strong presentation skills and your passion for knowledge transfer, you and your team ensure the quality of our training at the highest level. You have user knowledge in handling a learning platform (ideally Avendoo). They are routined in dealing with MS-Office and ideally have knowledge of SAP ERP. As a team player, you understand how to motivate your employees with enthusiasm.
