General responsibility: Control and further development of the Kempten production site including sales and earnings responsibility as well as leadership of a team of around 15 employees. Location development: planning and implementation of the strategic expansion – construction of a new production hall, an office building and a new mixing plant. Optimization and Process Management: Responsibility for all work processes – from sales to production and logistics to administration – with a focus on efficiency enhancement and cost control. Project Management: Planning, implementation and monitoring of factory-specific projects and investments taking into account quality, budget and dates. Market Development & Acquisition: Identification and acquisition of new projects in deep and engineering construction, compilation of calculations and ensuring successful project execution. Strategic co-design: Close cooperation with the management and other plant managers to further develop the business unit of civil engineering and civil engineering.

Education: Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification. Alternatively, a completed training with sound business and industry-specific knowledge. Professional experience: Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a leading position, ideally as a location manager or in a similar function. Competences: Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, high process and project management skills as well as a hand-on mentality. Personality: They convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign appearance.
