Designs instead of managing a top market leader Our client: Libri Plureos, part of the renowned Libri Group and European market leader in print-on-demand bookmaking. The cost-saving and sustainable availability of titles with small runs is a strong growing market and strengthens the good market position of Libri. Initially, the division was operated via a full service service provider. In the course of strategic importance and dynamic growth, our client regained leadership in 2024 and invests in state-of-the-art printing technology and a new ERP system. For this newly created place, we are looking for the personality that rebuilds and shapes the production controlling after the transition. No dusty structures, but real freedom of design for greater transparency and efficiency.

They develop a production controlling system that can deliver more than just numbers – it becomes the control instrument for sustainable growth. They illuminate production processes and find the lever for more efficiency. With SAP CO-PA and modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) you create transparency where fog still prevails today. Their KPI dashboards not only show the status quo – they cover optimization potentials. In case of investment decisions, you provide sound basis for decision-making. Your analyses and recommendations are presented to the management, the Libri Group's Head of Controlling and other relevant stakeholders and promote data-based decisions in the company.

Multiannual experience in production controlling, you know the adjusting screws. Analytical strength and high affinity for ERP queries, Excel and BI tools. They are designers, not administrators, with their own initiative and implementation strength. Strong communication and a savings partner for management. German language skills (min. C1) and good English skills (from B2).
