We are looking for our customers a mechanical engineering company from Crailsheim that lies between Schwäbisch Hall and Feuchtwangen, at the next possible time a project manager (m/w/d) Service Order Management.

Projektmanager(m/w/d) Service Order Management is your contact for our customers and partners in the sales companies. Customer support within the scope of acceptances and meetings is also part of your activities. They prioritize orders in coordination with the sales/customers order center, as well as escalation in case of deviations. They monitor the progress of service orders (IST to SOLL). As a project manager (m/w/d) Service Order Management, you will inform the relevant authorities about unplanned delays (e.g. order control, AV, purchasing, service workshop, logistics, etc.) When you stop at work level, you will trigger an escalation. You fill according to specifications customer excel tables.

You have completed technical studies, are technicians or masters (m/w/d) or have similar qualifications. Ideally, you have several years of experience in manufacturing or order coordination. Excellent knowledge in SAP - with focus on manufacturing, logistics, manufacturing control programs such as Felios are desirable. Very good knowledge in Excel desirable. German and English in word and writing is a prerequisite. A high level of team capacity, loadability, original independent and reliable work complete your profile.
