You are the first contact person*in for all topics concerning works council work, co-determination and collective and labour law issues

You conduct negotiations with our works councils – whether it is new business agreements or strategic change processes

You advise our executives in co-determination-relevant HR topics and introduce your expertise

You develop our employee relations strategy and work closely with our HR executives, HR executives and HR business partners

You develop the processes in the Center of Competence “Employee Relations Management” and contribute to professionalization

You are looking at current collective and labour law developments and assessing what this means for us.

A completed study, e.g. in economic law, labour law, personnel management or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in cooperation with works councils, ideally from a comparable position in a consolidated environment

Very good knowledge of the right of establishment and labour law

(Very) good negotiating skills with respect to diverging goals and very good knowledge of German (in word and writing)

Fingertip feeling in dealing with different interests – and at the same time communicating clearly & directly to the point
