You have a talent to inspire with communication? We will then carry out tasks of press and stakeholder communication, lead control, CRM and media, and brand management. You are actively involved in all CRM operations and gain a deep insight into various topics of the CRM. You will take over the design of newsletters, e-mailings and customer journeys as well as the implementation of the CRM measures in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You prepare results and key figures of the CRM measures, analyze and guide action recommendations. You are actively involved in relevant meetings, we integrate you into different topics as well as projects, and you bring your ideas.

Ideally ongoing commercial studies, preferably in the field of economic, communication or media sciences, as well as enthusiasm for marketing and CRM. Ideally, first knowledge in the field of customer relationship management and practical experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Self-employed, structured as well as reliable operation and fun in cross-area communication as well as teamwork. Safe handling of the current MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as very good German knowledge in word and font.
