Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. in our branch North Bavaria in Nuremberg. Our team „Technische Strassenverwaltung“ mainly takes a position on construction applications from external applicants (w/m/d) for construction projects which are to be implemented along the motorways in the catchment area of the Nordbayern branch (e.g. building facilities, PV systems, mobile telephony masts for the 5G network construction, glass fiber construction, lines and wind turbines). The opinions shall be submitted to the Federal Highway Agency as a superordinate supervisory authority. In addition, the road management will also be involved in further approval procedures (e.g. construction plan, land use plan, spatial planning and planning methods). In the exciting position as a legal specialist (w/m/d) Technical street management, you can check whether the legal and technical requirements are complied with incoming requests and are contact persons (w/m/d) for engineering offices, municipalities and companies. In this exciting and responsible position you represent the interests of Autobahn GmbH in the area of road management to the outside. In the course of the following tasks: Compilation of road law statements against the Federal Highway Agency Voteing and processing of building-law issues of the Federal Highway Agency, including the preparation of the relevant opinions Creating agreements by road and lawfulness Interface management: Close cooperation and coordination with internally involved bodies (e.g. departments, highway masters, traffic and operating center etc.) Participation in professional boards, including exchange with our headquarters in Berlin Compilation of notifications and contracts (use and funeral contracts) under the TKG
