They have a degree in the field of mental, educational or social sciences or a comparable qualification. They possess an excellent organizational talent, have outstanding communication skills and have intercultural competence. They are safe in handling the common office applications and have a digital affinity. They like to work independently, independently and in the team. They are flexible, engaged and have a high degree of reliability and responsibility for their own tasks. The first professional experience in the coordination of projects, as well as experience in the field of day-to-day support and in the construction of networks are desirable.
