Your tasks

• Daily processing of employee time recording data
• Development of travel management
• Continuous data management for monthly accounting in SAP
• Organization of events
• Takeover of general office organization, e.g. material ordering and billing

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Ideally first professional experience in the secretariat/assistance area
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Structured, reliable operation as well as team and communication skills
