Ensuring geriatric care: They ensure the qualified, individual care and the implementation and monitoring of the geriatric care process Documentation and quality measures: They document the care measures carried out and participate in quality assurance measures Interdisciplinary cooperation: They work closely with other professional groups in the interdisciplinary treatment team and are actively involved in practical training Own implementation of measures: They carry out medically prescribed measures independently and ensure patient-oriented care Process and process optimization: You bring your practical experience to optimize processes and continuously improve procedures in the clinic
