Healthhouse instead of hospital: In our new area of SalutoCare, following the name-giving approach of salutogenesis, we provide all possible factors that positively affect the recovery of seriously affected rehabilitates. We have the necessary medical infrastructure and have yet to be able to realize an atmosphere that conveys well-being, gives rest and spoils. The people affected and thus their needs and goals are always at the centre of attention – and they should also feel that. We are looking for 'Recovery Manager' for the exclusive SalutoCare. They organize individual support and care for people who travel from severe illness, injury or surgery to a long way of recovery. The main task of the recovery assistants is to facilitate the entire process and to ensure that the needs and wishes of the recoverers are met. They act as personal assistants and coordinators who accompany and organize the entire recovery process biographically. Overall, the position aims to optimize the recovery by unloading the rehabilitators and their relatives and by making the recovery process as smooth and pleasant as possible.
