Product Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d) Electronic Systems for Building and Industrial Automation

To strengthen our team we are looking for Product Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d) Electronic Systems for Building and Industrial Automation Design the future of intelligent automation solutions with a clear market understanding and a spirit of innovation.

Responsibility for the strategic development of our products in the field of building and industrial automation – from the first idea to MVPs to the end of life Implementation of regular market and competition analyses Translation of user needs into clear user stories and product requirements Definition of market demand profiles, product roadmaps and business cases, as well as for the strategic and economic orientation of the product Development of Go-to-Market strategies together with marketing and support in the targeted positioning of products Monitoring of market launch in a data-driven process Measurement of product success by means of recycled KPIs, initiation of new features and releases, and response to sustainable growth in the market Responsibility for all requirements to be taken into account in the entire customer journey

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, industrial informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with technical background Multiannual experience as a product owner or product manager (m/w/d) for technologically demanding products – ideally in the field of building or industrial automation Deep understanding of market mechanisms, regulatory requirements and industry developments in building automation technology Experience with agile working methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar German and good knowledge of English readiness to travel to trade fairs, customer and market contact and international cooperation
