Product orientation: You work closely with the management, develop the operational and strategic orientation of your responsibility and take responsibility for the definition and development of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) Product priority: As part of a cross-functional team, you manage product backlog, maximize product value throughout the life cycle and increase customer satisfaction Market understanding: Through discovery methods, market analysis and research, you gain valuable insights into the needs, challenges, requirements and trends of our customers and partners as well as about the competitive environment Hypothesis-driven problem solution: Instead of thinking in features, you focus on the actual problems. You form hypotheses, test them with A/B tests, interviews and analyses and develop concrete, valid solutions for product development Teamwork: In close cooperation with Human Factor Engineers and the Engineering Team, you coordinate the operational, iterative product development Transparency: You make sure that your feature team's progress and successes are visible and measurable for all relevant stakeholders

You bring at least two years of professional experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or Industrial IT environment You bring system and domain knowledge from the defense and security industry. And have know-how in aviation systems and technologies or mission systems, in deployment support or in military operations (air, soil, sea) You are interested in modern algorithms, cooperation between manned and unmanned systems, tactical communication and adaptive software systems, which play a crucial role in military use, especially Agile's work is a matter of course for you.
