As a specialist (m/w/d) in service support, you are part of Optima Pharma GmbH. Your professional travel planning will help you develop and manufacture intelligent turnkey filling solutions including insulators and freeze dryers for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They create cost orders, invoices and prepare the travel cost accounting.The versatile communication with internal interfaces, customers and authorities in Germany and abroad lead They are responsible for the organisation and coordination of all administrative activities related to the external operations of the service technicians. You place service orders and maintain them.To the requirements for work permits as well as customer and country-specific access rights, you agree with the internally responsible bodies.
