You create maintenance and repair services and process the contracts received You are scheduled according to maintenance plan in coordination with service management and customer: You start maintenance documents for our service orders You plan commissioning, send project-related checklists and monitor the timely feedback You agree appointments in coordination with service management and customers:inside You prepare the returned orders and make invoices in good time and in due time, including delivery by PDF, ZUGFeRD or XRechnung in corresponding portals You help in managing general office work and organization You help with the maintenance of computer data You help in shaping the permanent improvement of office processes You have a firm representation of holidays and illness and represent your colleague:in

You have a completed commercial vocational training and optmally 5 years of professional experience You are safe in handling MS Office programs You have an independent, independent and pragmatic way of working, characterized by commitment and creativity You have good communication skills You are responsible, reliable and enjoy the initiative You like to work in the team and have English skills
