You support all business sectors as well as national and international subsidiaries of DAW SE in economic matters. You advise legally on project-specific issues, in particular in purchasing, sales, IT, R&E and IP licenses. You formulate and plead General Terms and Conditions and Contract Patterns, especially as part of Legal Tech Tools. You continuously develop, implement and improve processes and guidelines. You carry out internal training on legal issues. You conduct negotiations and accompany and assist in litigation. You coordinate and tax external legal advisers in Germany and abroad.

You have a degree in economic law or a comparable legal qualification. You are interested in business topics. You like to convey legal and interdisciplinary facts in a comprehensible way. You enjoy self-responsible, precise work in an industrial company. You have a self-employed, proactive way of working safely and have a negotiating competence. You are a strong team player and have a “Hands-on-Mentiality”. You have an affinity for implementing, developing and working with digital tools. You have knowledge of the English language.
