Receptionist (m/w/d) part-time 26 hours/week

Located directly on the Baltic Sea between Kiel and Lübeck, around 1,000 employees of the Schön Klinik Neustadt provide our patients – interdisciplinary and inter-occupational. The Schön Klinik Neustadt is an academic teaching hospital at the University of Lübeck and has ten medical centres. At the same time, as a basic and regular provider in emergency, we ensure the supply of regional populations. We are looking for a new colleague in part-time with 26 hours/week for our reception, who wants to work on full shifts but on less days a week. They receive our patients: within and their relatives, they are forwarded to the relevant areas/departments and are always contact persons:in. In addition to cash management and cash billing of the main bank, you process payment transactions (e.g. patient phone, own shares, fees etc.). They communicate incoming telephone calls and operate the telephone center. The care of the brochures and the information clippings belongs to your tasks as well as the distribution and franking of the mail. They support our patient care.

They have a completed training as a hotel specialist, a detectable professional practice of at least 4 years or have been in a comparable position at the reception. Combine your communicative, friendly and calm way with your strong service readiness. They can also be loaded under power peaks. They are flexible in the tasks you have set up and in the design of working hours (Mo.-So from 06.00 to 20:15 in changing services also Sundays and holidays). They convince with reliability, your very good organizational skills and high team competence. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as good knowledge of English language round off your profile.
