at least 5 years of professional experience in SCM or project management

lateral leadership experience and proven project management skills (GPM or PMI PMP of advantage)

proven experience in managing larger projects, in supplier development, sourcing strategies or supplier selection

a pronounced communication capability between different levels

a high degree of autonomy, readiness to use, flexibility and sense of responsibility

a targeted, proactive and efficient operation

knowledge of German and English
