Located directly on the Baltic Sea between Kiel and Lübeck, around 1,000 employees are provided: in the Schön Klinik Neustadt our patients:inside – interdisciplinary and inter-occupational. The Schön Klinik Neustadt is an academic teaching hospital at the University of Lübeck and has ten medical centres. At the same time, as a basic and regular provider in emergency, we ensure the supply of regional populations. At our neurological station you can also supply stroke patients after the acute phase in the subsequent post-stroke phase, patients with Parkinson, epilepsy and various other neurological and neuromuscular disease images. They are competent contact persons in the Parkinson and Epilepsy consultation. They are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of care measures and implement them individually specialized neurologically therapeutically. They conduct nursing quality measures independently (standards, assessments and scales). They work interdisciplinary and interprofessional in treatment teams with doctors and specialist therapists. They participate in weekly case meetings. They are interested in further training and the implementation of neurological care concepts.

They have completed training as health and nursing staff or similar training. They may already have experience in supplying neurologically ill patients or have a great interest in this field. We are also happy about newcomers who are interested in neurology and stroke. They are ready to participate in specific training measures. They have a friendly, sympathetic appearance as well as a high level of planning and organizational skills and enjoy self-sponsored work. You may have experience with ORBIS. Flexibility and team skills complete your profile. Even under high pressure, they do not lose the feeling of fineness in patient contact and, with preference, implement our high service requirement. They work in the 3-shift system and participate in weekend and holiday services.
