Extension of the training station: They design the extension and continuous further development of the training station with Practical instructions for new employees: They take over the practical instructions according to the incorporation concept for new employees and the practical instruction as well as instructions for trainees Support for staff qualification: They work closely with the nursing school to achieve the training objectives and promote the methodological and professional staff qualification of the entire nursing staff Support for international nurses: In cooperation with the in-house mentor:recognise and promote young people and support the recognition of international nursing staff Strengthening team communication: They help strengthen self-management and communication within the team
