In this versatile and exciting position, you take responsibility for the organisation and implementation of complex construction measures in the SF-Bau, taking into account the economic and technical objectives. Contact care for the client and planning officer Coordination of the operations of specialist engineers:inside, specialist advisers:inside and after-takes instruction and guidance of the building management Personal planning and equipment and material disposition Managing and controlling the execution planning and tendering and awarding Monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes and control of the building site results Reproduction design and implementation Negotiations with commissioners and follow-ups Regular exchange of information and coordination with groups or groups Area management in all essential technical and personal tasks

A completed study in civil engineering or architecture Professional experience in a comparable position Good user knowledge in MS Office and in a costing and billing program (e.g. ARRIBA/RIB iTWO) Entrepreneurial thinking and action, an independent and result-oriented way of working and a pronounced communicative competence
