Support and coordination of the regular customer business for logistics and investors Qualified client support and coordination with authorities and specialist engineers:inside Head of major projects across Germany Coordination and supervision of the design Technical clarification and award of subcontractors Economic responsibility for the projects

Successfully completed studies of civil engineering, architecture or comparable training background Multiannual experience in the construction and project management of logistics projects Knowledge in the fields of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Above-average communication capability, enforcement capacity and independent and structured working methods Germany-wide readiness to travel on max. 1–2 days per week
