Private collection, maintenance and electronic archiving of disease data from the KIS and from internal and external sources Examination of data for completeness, plausibility and temporal accuracy clarification of data vulnerabilities through targeted queries and introduction of appropriate corrective measures Implementation of patient development demands (follow-up) including creation and dispatch of serial letters to external positions Safe handling of medical report and documentation Takeover of administrative tasks in the context of tumor documentation

Completed training as a medical/documentation assistant, medical/specialist staff, nursing specialist/care specialist, or also dedicated cross-comers with several years of experience in the oncological field Finded knowledge of medical (tumor) documentation as well as the handling of current coding systems and codes (e.g. ICD-10, ICD-O-3, TNM, OPS) Secure and efficient handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High care and accuracy in the collection and testing of medical data and very good knowledge of medical terminology Very good expressiveness in word and writing Safe and binding occurrence Teamability and communicative strength combined with an independent, structured and responsible way of working
