Analyze and design the increasingly complex IT requirements of the new business models in the energy industry Coordination of implementation in the central IT systems Self-responsible analysis, optimization or Digitalizing business processes (according, sales, material management and logistics, human resources, finance and controlling) Support in the selection of new software solutions/components with a view to the entire IT landscape of the E-Werk Mittelbaden Medium-term consolidation of existing IT architecture Link between internal customers (specialized departments), IT and the increasing number of external partners (SAP, Schleupen, Klafka & Hinz, Seeburger, Leitwerk etc.) Guides of overarching (IT) projects

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, digital engineering, system engineering, computer science or BWL, energy management with pronounced IT affinity First or multi-year professional experience desirable Knowledge of SAP FI / CO, SAP HR application software Good communication skills, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking are desired Knowledge in MS Office, BPM tools and PM tools Customer and process-oriented work Good knowledge of English is advantageous
