Coaching | You are an empathic person, like working with cross-functional and international teams and are interested in coaching agile teams in agile methods and values (such as openness, respect and focus). You enjoy agile working methods and promote their use in the team. Expertness | You are familiar with various agile methods and you know how to use them accurately and to communicate them to the agile teams. The long-term success of the agile teams is your heart! Making | You are engaged, master different Agile software tools (e.g. Jira, Miro, Confluence etc.) and use them. Enabling | You regularly apply the agile ceremonies and convey their importance to the teams. Thinking and Leading | You are part of the Agile Scrum Master Chapter and develop suitable solutions based on agile values for productive, customer-oriented cooperation in the field of tech & innovation.

You ideally have an academic training with psychological, social and economic orientation or comparable vocational training. You have relevant professional experience as Scrum Master (w/m/d). You have proven to have an apprenticeship in agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Spotify, Nexus, SAFe, Design Thinking etc.) and you like to continue your education. You can demonstrate experience in the field of coaching and promotion. You work in a solution-oriented manner, proactively and autonomously, have conflict capacity and have experience in networking, communication and information distribution. You are characterized by empathy, enforcement and improvisation. Ideally, you have experiences with teams from web platform development, software development, app development or IT. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
