Self-employed commercial development of construction projects for new and rebuilding measures, as well as modernization projects of our clinic locations Support of project management in all phases of the project, from commissioning to billing to acceptance and user transfer Cost control and compilation of reports on the quarterly and annual accounts within the framework of the construction cost control Further development of internal standards and processes for commercial building and project management

Your profile Complete commercial training with relevant professional experience in construction projects desirable Knowledge of contracting and procurement for construction and planning services Experience as a commercial contractor representation desirable Very good analytical skills and a systematic approach, high degree of independence and self-responsibility as well as entrepreneurship Safe handling of current MS -Office programs SAP knowledge desirable
