Our client is a regional medium-sized company from the energy industry with nearly 100 employees and is looking for a management of accounting (m/w/d). In this function, a team of almost 10 employees will lead you to accounting and controlling.

In this function, they report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, are responsible for the annual accounts of several companies and contact persons for auditors, tax advisors and other stakeholders.

Management of the financial and controlling team (approx. 10 employees) Reporting and voting with the Chief Financial Officer Implementation of the annual accounts of all companies (according to HGB) Contact for internal stakeholders and external partners (banks, tax advisors, etc.) Initiation and support of commercial projects e.g. in the field of digitalization or investment

A completed study or training in the commercial field e.g. Business Administration (BWL), Economics or similar Multiannual professional experience in accounting issues (e.g. monthly or annual accounts) Low first leadership experience Communicative, solution-oriented personality Safety at work with MS-Office products
