Patient care: They provide the qualified and individual care of our patients and support the medical station and association visas. OP assistance: They act as first and second assistance in orthopaedic, especially endoprosthetic operations and actively participate in OP documentation. Documentation & KIS: You are responsible for the preparation of patient recordings and dismissals as well as the documentation of findings and medical procedures in the hospital information system (KIS). Writing & Warehouse: They take over the independent preparation of correspondence with established doctors, doctors and cost-carriers as well as the organization of our endoprosthesis camp. Medical delegation: They perform delegated medical tasks and thus contribute to the relief of the medical team.

They have completed training as health care and nursing staff: in, nurse/career or nursing staff, ideally with a further training in the OP-Pflege or as OTA. They have many years of experience in instrumenting orthopedic accident surgery, in particular in endoprosthetics, and have a profound knowledge of the current hip, knee and shoulder prosthetics systems. They bring experience in the application of modular change systems as well as navigation-based OP systems and are familiar with their preoperative facility. They have a quick understanding of technical and biomechanical relationships and are safe in the documentation of findings and disease patterns in the KIS. They work empathically, structured and solution-oriented in the interprofessional team and convince with high operational readiness as well as strong organisational capacity.
