Creating building concepts and designs for MOLENO® wood hybrid system taking into account sustainability, cost efficiency and structural requirements Assistance in the preparation and submission of applications Creating and optimizing BIM models in Autodesk® Revit, using the ZÜBLIN internal component catalogue and the specific MOLENO® components Model derivation and creation of building application drawings (e.g. floor plans, cuts, views) taking into account all relevant building regulations Close cooperation with architect:inside, engineer:inside and other specialist areas in the Group, to be able to implement the designs technically

You have successfully completed your studies in architecture or civil engineering Knowledge of building law and the recognized rules of technology. IT affinity, digital work and good M365 knowledge are desirable Creating BIM models using Autodesk® Revit is one of your passions and you are versed in handling this software They bring good knowledge of German in word and writing You feel comfortable in the team and at the construction site and make your decisions, work independently and actively Your structured and solution-oriented work helps you implement projects efficiently and successfully They have a high degree of sense of responsibility and bring ideas to the continuous optimization of processes
